Staying at the hotel was an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious with a charming blend of modernity and old-world ambiance, offering a beautiful view of the mountains from amidst Darjeeling's main market area. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location was superb, close to the mall road and with a lovely setup inviting guests to relax. The dining experience was delightful, especially the garden setting with a variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers fabulous rooms that are spacious and blend modernity with old-world ambiance. The service was courteous and friendly, but there were occasional issues with staff behavior. The location is wonderful, just amidst the heart of Darjeeling, near the famous 'mall' area. The dining experience was satisfying, and facilities were well-maintained.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, nestled in the heart of Darjeeling with stunning views from the rooms. The old furniture and plush sofas added charm, but the multiple stairs were a bit challenging. The friendly and attentive service made my experience enjoyable, although a better dining selection would have been appreciated.
The hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms, making it a comfortable and cozy stay. The service is friendly and accommodating, although there were some unfortunate incidents. Its location just outside Darjeeling's center provides an old colonial charm and proximity to the main market area. The dining experience was enjoyable, although there were some shortcomings. Overall, a good value for money option with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a really lavish stay at this hotel, with a beautiful bedroom and separate lounge room. However, there were errors in my booking process and the meals were a bit bland every day, despite getting confirmation via email.
